DUOFIX AI · PRIVACY NOTICE
Privacy Notice
Last updated: 26 October 2026
The waitlist is hosted on Tally. Participation is voluntary and consent is requested on the form. Operator identity and maximum-retention details below remain unresolved; contact melsaye1@icloud.com with privacy questions.
This notice describes the DuoFix AI website, early-access waitlist and related support communications. DuoFix AI is a native macOS compatibility scanner. The website does not collect payments, and the proposed $29 price is a pricing-interest survey only.
1. Who to contact
DuoFix AI is the product/project name. The legal identity of the responsible operator is awaiting owner confirmation.
For support, privacy questions, consent withdrawal, or requests to access, correct or delete your information, email melsaye1@icloud.com.
The operator’s legal identity and any jurisdiction-specific disclosure details require owner confirmation and remain outstanding. No registered company name, physical address or certification is asserted by this notice.
2. Information in an early-access response
If you choose to submit the published Tally form, it asks about:
- Email address: to respond and contact you about research or the private beta.
- Developer type: individual/indie, freelancer/agency, company/team or student.
- Development technologies: SwiftUI, UIKit or both.
- Beta interest: whether you would like to participate or are only researching.
- Pricing interest: interest in a free scanner, a proposed $29 one-time Pro upgrade, or trying the product first. This is not a purchase or payment authorization.
- Compatibility challenges and feedback (optional): comments you choose to share about your workflow.
- Privacy consent: your agreement to the stated research and beta-contact purposes, recorded with the submitted response by the form provider.
Do not include source code, credentials, payment details, confidential project information or sensitive personal information in feedback. If you email support or make a privacy request, the message, reply address and information you choose to provide are also processed to handle that communication.
The form opens on Tally only after you choose its link. Tally receives the answers you submit and may process service/security data under its own terms. Only consented responses may be used for the purposes above.
3. Why the information is used
The intended purposes are to understand developer needs, evaluate interest in DuoFix AI and its proposed pricing, plan product improvements, manage expressions of beta interest, respond to support/privacy requests and contact consenting respondents about this research or the private beta. There is no payment processing or automatic purchase enrollment.
Waitlist participation is voluntary. A required, unchecked privacy consent box must link to this notice on the real form before responses can be submitted. The current Tally form requires a pricing-interest answer; feedback is optional. Submitting the form is voluntary, and no answer authorizes a payment. The applicable legal basis and required regional disclosures still need owner confirmation; this notice does not claim compliance with a particular jurisdiction.
Signing up does not guarantee a beta invitation, product availability, a release date or a final price. Live automated AI code generation is not currently available.
4. Tally, Cloudflare Pages and email
Tally is the selected form provider. The website links to the published hosted Tally form. Choosing that link opens a separate service, where submitted responses and consent are processed and stored for the operator. Tally may also process technical or security data needed to operate its service. Read Tally’s privacy information alongside this notice. No embedded form, form script or automatic transfer of page inputs is included here.
Cloudflare Pages is the selected website host. The website is hosted at duofix-ai.pages.dev. On a hosted visit, Cloudflare may process connection/request information such as IP address, browser information, request paths, timestamps and security-related data to deliver and protect the website. This does not mean that DuoFix AI has enabled every available log or analytics feature. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Support and privacy messages are handled through the contact email service. Provider processing, service locations, any relevant international-transfer arrangements and who may access responses must be reviewed by the operator before launch. No guarantee of a particular storage location, legal safeguard or provider deletion timeframe is made here.
5. Retention and deletion
The maximum response-retention period and deletion schedule still require owner confirmation. No fixed period has been approved or invented here. Contact melsaye1@icloud.com to request deletion or withdraw future optional contact. This static website does not operate automatic retention/deletion.
The intended approach is to retain identifiable research responses only while needed for the disclosed research and beta-contact purposes, and to remove them when no longer needed or when an appropriate deletion request is handled. Withdrawal should stop future optional research/beta contact. The owner must confirm a maximum retention period, a review/deletion schedule and any necessary legal exceptions.
Deletion must cover responses and any copies or exports the operator keeps. Provider backups and service/security records may have separate retention rules; the operator must confirm applicable terms rather than promise instant removal from every backup. Messages needed to resolve a support or privacy request may need to be retained separately for that purpose; those periods also require confirmation.
6. Withdrawal, access and other requests
Email melsaye1@icloud.com with a subject such as “DuoFix AI — privacy request.” You can ask to withdraw consent to future optional contact, receive a copy of your submitted information, correct it or request deletion. Include the email address used for signup and enough detail to identify the request; do not send passwords or identity documents in the initial message.
The operator may request only information reasonably needed to verify and handle a request. Applicable rights, response requirements, any exceptions and the process for escalating a concern depend on the operator’s confirmed circumstances and relevant law. These details must be reviewed and remain outstanding; no unsupported legal deadline or universal entitlement is promised here.
7. The native application and source code
Source scanning happens locally on the customer’s Mac. The current product does not automatically upload source code, and live automated AI generation is unavailable. The existing manual AI workflow lets the developer export explicitly reviewed source and separately share it with an external provider; that provider may then process it remotely under its own terms and the developer’s settings.
Suppressions, recovery journals, original-source backups, reports and build logs can remain on the Mac outside the analyzed project. Optional Xcode builds can execute project-provided scripts/plugins; only run commands for trusted projects. In-app Xcode execution is currently blocked by App Sandbox. This website waitlist does not request or receive application source code.
8. Cookies and website measurement
Cloudflare Pages automatically injects Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page-visit and performance measurement. The beacon sends technical performance/request data to Cloudflare. This site adds no second analytics script, custom click tracking, advertising identifiers or form-value analytics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy above; operator privacy/retention details remain outstanding.
Pricing links only navigate to Tally; this website does not prefill a preference or record a conversion. No local measurement counters or event tracking are used. Any later analytics activation requires a reviewed notice and a separate configuration decision.
9. Changes to this notice
The notice will be updated when the operator details, collection setup or relevant processing changes. Review the date above and the version linked by the form before submitting. Contact melsaye1@icloud.com if you have questions.
